Primo Water® Portable Water Dispenser with Touch Controls

This is the 3rd one I have purchased. The second one was my fault that it wouldn't charge, because I didn't charge it in 2 years, because I didn't need it. I used the 2nd one for a couple of years. I will continue to buy them, when I need them.

Really like this one better than the old one. the hose reaches all the way to the bottom of the 5 gallon jug and left only a few tablespoons of water vs. a few cups of water that the old one did. This one pumps faster and is an actual button which is nice. No accidentally turning it on. I like the light below the spout, while not bright, helps to see dispensed water level. It is a bit louder in operating but that's the only thing I can find a complaint for.

100% better than off brand water dispensers. It can fill up pretty fast (faster than my fridge water dispenser). I have bought numerous ones from online that seem to only last few months or their charging port breaks easily. I have been using this constantly throughout the day for a good 3 weeks now and I am impressed. Well worth the cost. Only reason I docked a star is I agree with other reviewers that the spout randomly leaks water from the spout but nothing that it would affect the dispenser.

The dispensers works well and has a nice design. We did not purchase Primo water bottles as we cannot find any for purchase. We purchased the American Made bottles and needed to get a separate cap to attached the dispenser. It was a bit of an annoyance, but it works well and I would recommend.

It's slower than expected, and doesn't charge on my cord, have to use Hub's USB. Both are direct to outlets, so... And it dribbles. Finish getting water, move away, bloop, it drops a few tablespoons of water. So we have to keep a towel there. Not a deal breaker, but speaks to poor quality

Love how the pump fits on the bottles. Love how you can still use it while plugged in. Hate that it randomly spits water out of the spout onto the floor when no one is near it! It must be water left in the tube but it leaks out about 10 min after it's been used and makes a big puddle on the floor!

Tough review. Item inside box is just fine. Deceitful advertising is not. Primo needs to stop putting coupons on this product if walmart heads have declared they will not honor them. I was told by walmart to take the coupon to another non walmart store that sells Primo (which would be stealing from anyone other than walmart). The coupon is for Walmart only! How dumb a reply is that?? But it is a great idea to shop elsewhere... permanently if companies like Primo are connected to this walmart 'we hate our customers policy' %26 the numerous other problems with walmart.

I own one of these myself and love it. My problem is that I ordered one for my daughter who lives in Venice CA. I used her address and her phone number. Later that day I received a text that I did not understand about opening the door. It was unclear what the text was about, and seemed like it was for a delivery to my home in Tucson. The delivery person just left the package at the door, and it apparently soon disappeared. My daughter never received the package, and I am out about $40. So very poor delivery service and communication. Not happy, and bummed that I have to spend time trying to get my money back!!

I ordered the water dispenser online then went to the store to redeem the attached coupon for the free 5 gallon water. I was told that I had to redeem the coupon at the time of purchase and could not get the 5 gallon water. I am returning the water dispenser.
