Primo Water® Top Loading Classic 2 Temp Water Dispenser

I recently moved to a new state and can't stand the taste of the water - this works perfectly and you don't need a service to drop off water I can just fill up my gallons at Walmart. Set up was super simple it was installed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. The cold is very cold and the hot is very hot.

I HAD PURCHASED A DIFFERENT BRAND OF WATER COOLER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WAS NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE. IT HAD TO BE CLEANED OUT BEFORE USE WHICH WAS A LABORIOUS PROCESS AND EACH TIME A NEW BOTTLE WAS USED, FIVE CUPS OF WATER HAD TO BE EMPTIED. AFTER TWO OF THESE WATER COOLERS ARRIVED IN NON-WORKING CONDITION, I WENT TO THIS ONE. IT IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCESS TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING AND IT WORKS WONDERFULLY WITH VERY COLD AND VERY HOT WATER! I AM DELIGHTED AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!

lightweight and very simple. the cold is really cold and the hot, yeah that's pretty darn hot! one thing when changing water...completely empty it out. there is water left in the bowl that may become slimy over time. other than that, excellent product.

I was sceptical about this unit because of the peice and the brand (which I'venever heard of) BUT, I am very pleased. Hooking up was a breeze. I love the inner reserve tank. It gives you just a lil more time to fill it up. The hot is HOT (perfect for my cup of coffee every morning). The knobs are a nice size. It even has a hookup in the back!

This is the second Primo water cooler that we bought. We have one for the office and one for the house. The one in the office we've had for over a year and it works great. We loved it so much that when our cooler at home needed to be replaced we chose this unit again. I would have given it 5 stars but I wish the base was a little wider and more sturdy. The unit does come with a bracket to attach to the wall so it doesn't tip but it would just have been better is they made the base of the unit a little wider. Other than that, no complaints - it's a great unit.

Nice and clean lil water dispenser! Has a hot and cold switch in back so you can decide if you want to have it dispense hot and cold or just hot or just cold or neither! I use the 3gallon but holds up to 5gal. The only thing you need to make sure of is you get the special caps for the bottles bc they don't come with them. They need to be those silicone/rubber caps with the hole in the middle- I found a 5pk at Amazon for like $5. But when you get your bottles you cannot just flip it over and put it on the dispenser like the others. You HAVE to have those special rubber caps for the bottles. I didn't know that so I had to wait another couple days for mine to deliver. So hopefully this will save someone the slight annoyance of that. Order the caps at the same time as the dispenser! 😁 otherwise, it's a nice lil dispenser for $100! Bought the extended warranty too. Just in case. 🤷‍♀️ All in all - I give it a 4 1/2 stars.

I bought this at the start of quarantine when my employer shifted us to work from home to try to increase my water intake. Worked wonderfully for the first year or so, but unfortunately now the cold water dispenser has jammed open twice. The first time, the water continued dispensing after releasing the button, and even though the button appeared to have popped back up, I had to depress the button repeatedly in order to force the water to stop, which it eventually did after several minutes. The second time, about a month after the first failure, the water continued dispensing no matter what I tried, and I eventually had to try to remove the water jug from the dispenser and then wait for the dispenser to empty - since this was a brand new water jug, it was a challenge to avoid pouring water all over my home office. I will be looking for a new water cooler, but based on this experience I'm not sure if that next water cooler will be this one or a different brand/model.

This item leaks, I became suspicious when i noticed the fil up tray had some water but assumed my family spilt some, today I got to see it myself the hot water side leaking, and it’s conveniently past the return date- would not recommend, spent over a hundred dollars for a defective item

This item is flowed the quality control is nonexistent the manufacturing is a joke. The first one I bought in November 2022 leaked the first day returned for new one the second one is leaking worse than the first one January 10 2023 two months. I am going to get a refund and buy a different brand.

I bought this on 1/13/2020 and I was a bit hesitant to purchase the item after reading some reviews about water leaking, well it happened to me yesterday. Not even a whole year and this item is leaking water. I will be calling customer service to see what they can do but I highly recommend getting the Walmart warranty.
