Primo Water® Top Loading Classic 2 Temp Water Dispenser

The hot dispenser is hot enough for quick oatmeal, instant mashed potatoes, and hot beverages. It's not quite hot enough to fully cook grits — you would need to boil it a little further to bring the grits to fully cooked. The cold is chilled, but not quite ice-cold.

This water dispenser is classic one that just works, without surprises. You want this kind of product in your house. I have one purchased two years ago is still going strong. Bought another one for the new apartment.

I was replacing the exact same model that I had bought several years ago at Walmart at a discounted price at the end of the Christmas season. After a lot of use, I think that some of the inside seals were failing %26 the unit started leaking large amounts of water. I chose to buy the same model again because the price was still reasonable compared to other brands. I also chose to buy it from Walmart because the unit was in stock so I was able the order it one day %26 pick it up the next day.

I love this water dispensary. It's better than the last one I had last one was big and bulky took up a lot of space this one here is just perfect. It's square so it will fit in the corner and I love it. The water comes out so fast you don't have to sit and wait for it to trickle like my old one, but it was old so it was time to have a new one and I recommend this one. It is awesome.

Product works as it should, but initially, the cold water would not dispense, when button was depressed no water would flow, could physically feel no resistance when depressing the button on cold side compared to hot side which worked fine. After looking at the product took back two screws loose, popped top off of machine and found the button was not in the lever guide that presses down to let water flow through the outlet. Put it where it is supposed to be and have had zero issues since then.

This is a great water dispenser for the price. Water is dispensed fast and arrives fully ready to use. The only small issue is it's short and thus placed directly on the floor most will need to bend down to place and remove a cup or glass. This can be remedied by using a small shelf as the entire unti with a full bottle isn't that heavy. All in all if you want a great dispenser for a low price you can't beat this.

The hot water does not work. The cold water is ice cold, so that's good. Unfortunately, the heating element is not working. We turned it off and back on, unplugged and plugged it back in, left it unplugged for an hour, switched outlets. Nothing worked.

It randomly started to leave everywhere from the back/bottom of the tower. When you push the cold button for water it takes a little bit for it to get cold.

I have had this product for over a month maybe two months and already it not cooling. The green light does not turn on, But the switch is turned on. I didn't expect to be having any problems but here we are. I do not want to be dealing with this. I paid good money for water dispenser so for it to be faulty is bad business I don't have the box it came in so how can I return this and replace it for another water dispenser?

Set it up, went in order instructions said, put the water bottle in, and water kept pouring out the hot water spout. Couldn't get it to stop until got water bottle back off and drained rest of water out
