Primula Aluminum 1 Cup Stovetop Espresso Maker - Polished

I'm glad I found this brand. I was originally looking at Bialetti Moka Pot brand which sells for more than double this one for an identical item. I knew I was buying a very small size and did so intentionally. I normally make my coffee with an Aero Press and drink it espresso style so I was looking for something personal sized to make an equivalent amount. However, the one cup is still a little smaller than I expected. It holds roughly a tablespoon of coffee grounds where as I usually make myself a double shot with roughly 4 tablespoons of grounds. I'm still glad I bought it as it was a cheap way to see if I like the style and decide if I need a larger size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An espresso maker is something I never really wanted, but now that I have this one, I'm a little bit obsessed. I've been making lattes at home at least three times a week. This pot is really small - only big enough for a single serving. It's easy to clean and doesn't take very long to 'cook.' In fact, it takes less time to make a cup of espresso than it takes to warm up the other ingredients that go in a latte. I guess, if I had to find something negative about it, I'd say the handle is too small. You have to pick it up off of the stove with your fingertips and be very careful not to touch any of the metal. There should probably be an easier way to do it. That's not really a big deal to me, but just thought I'd mention it.

It is small is size, well made, makes a great cup of espresso, is small enough to take on trips when traveling, easy to clean too. I would recommend the Primula Stovetop 1-Cup Espresso Maker to others as well.

It works but you have to keep an eye on it with theflip top open. Or you will not know when to turn off the heat.

Although the size is right and it makes coffee well, the handle broke off after a short time, and without my abusing it.

I think the coffee maker was made of a cheap material that can't handle the heat of heating up coffee. Whenever I made coffee for the first two weeks, the coffee had a light metal/paint smell along with an aftertaste of the same nature. It was quite terrible
