We bought this power rack for our home gym and set it up in the garage, and it’s been a fantastic addition as it feels sturdy and secure with its weight capacity, giving us confidence during squats, bench presses, and pullups. The adjustable features make it easy for different workouts and users, and it fits well in the space without feeling bulky. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable rack that’s perfect for building our versatile home garage gym.
Responsive seller and fast shipping. In this stressful world sometimes you simply do not have the time for a box gym . So having my squat rack at home helps great deal! Good product and fair price . You will need your own plates and barbell as it does not come with those .
massive, sturdy metal frame, good for easy use as an arm strengthening or full body stretching tool. made for the tall or petite and surprisingly doesn't take up too much space in gym area of home. high quality!
I initially found the task of assembling this piece a bit more challenging than what I'm accustomed to, but upon completion, I must admit that I was genuinely impressed by the level of quality it exuded. The sturdiness of the final product is a standout feature for me, especially given that it effortlessly supports my weight of 220 lbs without exhibiting any sign of wobbling, tipping, or making me feel unsafe during use. This solidity gives me the confidence to explore a range of arm movements and gradually increase the number of repetitions I incorporate into my daily workout routine. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to further test its capabilities and my own fitness progress. The sleek red color adds a touch of style that seamlessly integrates with the aesthetics of my home gym, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the space. The realization that this equipment can facilitate my fitness goals effectively while also enhancing the ambiance of my workout area makes me appreciative of this purchase.
This arrives in a pretty compact box, and some components are put together and require separating before assembly. The box was marked as a 'black model', but a sticker seemed to indicate it was red, and opening the box proved it was. The instructions are not very good - some parts are referred to as one thing in the list of components included, but then as something different in the instruction steps. The diagram should have zoomed in on specific areas for clarity - like the 'shared bolt' in the lower bracket assembly. Also, the direction of the pull-up bar isn't mentioned, but if attached incorrectly the bar ends would angle slightly up instead of slightly down. It took me about 2 hours to fully assemble and after completed I checked all bolts and nuts for tightness. The bolts, washers, and nuts all seem to be of good quality. It has a wide and solid base so it's very steady. I would recommend using one of the provided wrenches along with a socket wrench for best and easier fastening and tightening. The extension bars which can be raised and lowered and then secured with the bolt having a knob wheel make it a bit finicky to align and secure - a better design would be a spring loaded pull-out knob which snaps back into the extension bar hole when slid up or down and the holes align. For the price, it's a good value and seems very stable and sturdy - for ie. doing a pull-up or chin-up on it feels much steadier than my free standing power tower - it feels more like doing pull-ups on the cross cable machine at the local gym. I'd recommend it if you really know what you're getting - there aren't really any 'stations' for dips, pushups, or knee raises like some power towers have - this is primarily for free weight pull-ups and chin-ups, and barbell exercises like squats, shrugs, good mornings, calf raises, bench press, overhead press, rows, inverted pull-ups, curls.
