Princess for the Day Heart Cake

The cake was absolutely beautiful, and the writing was perfect! Communication with the bakery was great from start to finish. The cake was fresh, moist, and delicious with the perfect texture. Most importantly, my daughter loved it! Thank you for helping make her birthday so special. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best cake we have ever had from a big box store. It was moist and the filling (Bavarian crème) was delicious. Icing was the best, fluffy and light with no sweet aftertaste , buttercream is the way to go. Our daughter was so pleased as were we. Under $30 too

The cake was delicious and just how my daughter envisioned. I would have given 5 stars, but I picked it up from the bakery and it was in a box way too big for it. The associate said it will slide around on my drive home. It certainly did and a side of the cake was not pretty. Having a smaller box to fit the cake would have secured it better and avoided it being damaged in transport.

The cake taste wonderful, it was moist and we got the whipped frosting with chocolate bottom and white top. Taste was wonderful, appearance could have used some work the writing wasnt great some of the piping was a little sloppy in some areas. The appearance and the cake would benefit from another color of icing around the edges. Was for my daughters birthday and she loved it. Overall happy with the puchase and would recommend.

First time ordering a cake from Walmart Green Acres long island location. Never again!! We drove all the way from Brooklyn to order this cake and then again to pick it up. Both times a baker was never there. A worked had us order online in the store. Not much room online for custom request. I could of saved the trip and did that part at home. Then when we had to pick it up I told them 11am and the cake wasn't ready till 1pm. They put a ton of silver glitter all over the heart cake. I never asked for glitter and the stock cake photo shows no glitter! They put the stock decorations on the cake even though I was told it would be left on the side for us to place ourselves if we wanted. I did not want to use them on the cake. When we picked up the cake it had the decorations on it and the crown left a mark on the cake and you couldn't even close the box with the crown. We had our own plans for decorations and between all the glitter they put and the mark on the cake the crown left it didn't work out. Then to top it off when we actually cut the cake it was the wrong flavor!!! Even though the box said the right flavor. I wrote Walmart online and got a full refund because ain't no way.

False advertisement . It shows a picture with the tiara and the wand. It doesn't say that it's not included so when I got the cake, I expected it to be there and it wasn't and I was very disappointed if I would've known that it wasn't included I would've been prepared and bought the accessories to go with the cake.

The icing on the side slid completly off opened box cake looked horrible. Could not use for day of. Still wanted cake with pic for memories they remade it daughter cake home opened cake to sing happy birthday it fell apart again. Please note these cake were never drop ot left in heat air-conditioned spaces at all times.

do not order from this bakery. we ordered days in advanced, got a text saying it was ready but when we went to pick it up they never made the cake. called customer service %26 was told I couldn't be refunded because it was marked as ready. had to go back to the store again %26 finally got my cash back but was out a birthday cake. ruined my day %26 party.

The frosting literally fell off almost an entire side of the cake within 3 hours of picking the cake up. It was kept in a chiller and not disturbed and when I got it out for my child's party, one entire side was completely ruined, leaving me to redecorate it with 30 minutes before guests arrived. Extremely disappointing.

I will never order a cake from Walmart again. when I order the cake I was not informed that then did not have the toppers for that cake. Then when i never got confirmation that the cakenwas ready for pick up I called and still was not informed about the cake. luckily the person I had sent to pick it up checked it cause they didnt even write the message on the cake or tell them the cake did not have its toppers. the only positive thingbwas the customer service manager did their best to make everything right. at the end. But even the cake its self was poorly put to gether. I feel like the person did not care about the cakes quality at all. The cake was supposed to have a strawberry gell between layers but it had a inch thick icing besides the very center even the outside hade 2 inches of icing on it. I feel like it was mostly icing then cake.
