Princess for the Day Heart Cake

It was delicious, I rate it 10 out of 10. The only thing I will change for my next order would be the frosting. I chose buttercream for this order, which was a little sweet for me ( but it was delicious) so I will be choosing whipped frosting for next order.

This was by far the best cake we have ever had from a big box store. It was moist and the filling (Bavarian crème) was delicious. Icing was the best, fluffy and light with no sweet aftertaste , buttercream is the way to go. Our daughter was so pleased as were we. Under $30 too

The cake taste wonderful, it was moist and we got the whipped frosting with chocolate bottom and white top. Taste was wonderful, appearance could have used some work the writing wasnt great some of the piping was a little sloppy in some areas. The appearance and the cake would benefit from another color of icing around the edges. Was for my daughters birthday and she loved it. Overall happy with the puchase and would recommend.

The cake was beautifully made although the icing melted off before the party. My only complaint was the handwriting. It was pretty bad but it was something that we were able to ignore. I absolutely loved it for the price and will ALWAYS order my cakes through Walmart

The cake was delicious and just how my daughter envisioned. I would have given 5 stars, but I picked it up from the bakery and it was in a box way too big for it. The associate said it will slide around on my drive home. It certainly did and a side of the cake was not pretty. Having a smaller box to fit the cake would have secured it better and avoided it being damaged in transport.

I had to order at this store because me the store nearest to me didn't offer the heart cake. A for effort. They tried to recreate it. At the Walnut location I get exactly as pictured. Whoever piped this one tried but really struggled. For the price you still can't beat it. I ordered the white cake with a layer of Bavarian crème but the Bavarian crème in the middle was almost non existent. I wish it would have been more prominent if it's something I chose to add on. The icing was great, thick. The cake taste and texture was as expected for the value. My daughter still loved it.

The icing on the side slid completly off opened box cake looked horrible. Could not use for day of. Still wanted cake with pic for memories they remade it daughter cake home opened cake to sing happy birthday it fell apart again. Please note these cake were never drop ot left in heat air-conditioned spaces at all times.

I will never order a cake from Walmart again. when I order the cake I was not informed that then did not have the toppers for that cake. Then when i never got confirmation that the cakenwas ready for pick up I called and still was not informed about the cake. luckily the person I had sent to pick it up checked it cause they didnt even write the message on the cake or tell them the cake did not have its toppers. the only positive thingbwas the customer service manager did their best to make everything right. at the end. But even the cake its self was poorly put to gether. I feel like the person did not care about the cakes quality at all. The cake was supposed to have a strawberry gell between layers but it had a inch thick icing besides the very center even the outside hade 2 inches of icing on it. I feel like it was mostly icing then cake.

do not order from this bakery. we ordered days in advanced, got a text saying it was ready but when we went to pick it up they never made the cake. called customer service %26 was told I couldn't be refunded because it was marked as ready. had to go back to the store again %26 finally got my cash back but was out a birthday cake. ruined my day %26 party.

I asked for butter cream icing and received whipped icing. When I arrived to get the cake, it was just sitting on the counter for God knows how long. The bakery lights were out. I had to get a random employee to get it for me. She looked through all freezers/fridges before finding it just sitting out. The icing started to melt when I picked it up. The cake itself tasted stale. I was very displeased and disappointed overall. I should've just gone to Publix. The cake had to be thrown out.
