My grandchild looked so cute! She LOVED the skirt lighting up. What an amazing outfit! I can't tell you how happy I was with this outfit! She looked proud and so happy! Even though Halloween is over, she uses this costum for play dress up.

Overall the set is great. The lights are BRIGHT %26 show well through a princess ball gown. Some material cheap in the eyes of a parent were expected my myself, but it let my kid down. The initial wow factor was lost on the tulle cape, and the wand wasn't glued well. My child's reaction was a nervous chuckle and a shrug with saying that it was a little thin. We think a 2nd layer of tulle would have made $20 make more sense for the set. Other than some accessory assembly concerns the lights are wrapped well, and the sewing is spot on tidy and straight lines with clean edges. Perhaps a consideration on the cape and more attention to flaws during accessory assembly would help. (Lights and ribbon were added to a product I'm surprised passed inspection. I switched wands with another we had and transferred the lights because it was glued quite poorly.)

I gave the extra star because my daughter likes to dress up. But this is the cheapest piece of crap. Such a waste of money. The lights on both the wand and the skirt are loose. My daughter gets tangled in the lights of the skirt, which is a major hazard. If the lights get wrapped around a neck or even a finger or limb, it can relly hurt the person. The tiara snaps onto a headband, and every time my daughter tries to put it on, the tiara part pops off. Don't waste your money. You can buy all the pieces and make this for the same price, maybe a bit more, but it will look a lot better and probably be a lot safer.
