Taste

Awilson April 8, 2020

I have always loved Pringle's, once I eat one I cannot stop!! I discovered this chip awhile ago and it's by far my favorite Pringle flavor and not only just my favorite Pringle flavor but my favorite bbq style of chip. It truly captivates the taste of real bbq sauce with its sweet and tangy seasoning.

Good...

Anonymous69 March 16, 2020

These Pringle's are very good, however, I would recommend added more barbecue seasoning. I've had some cans where the flavor is just out of this world, but I've had others that taste so boring and have no flavor. Overall I like them, just cross your fingers you got a good can.

Incomprehensible Change

Anonymous August 21, 2025

I have bought pringles for a solid 9 years myself and I can say the secret change will not go unnoticed. I guarantee I could get money I eat more pringles than anyone cause they're my favorite after gym snack and I used to eat an entire two sleeves in a 20 minute sitting but I've found that back near the Fourth of July in 2024 a change happened and I can't be the only person to notice this, the flavor is different and is almost mimicking the nasty lays barbecue and that's not what made it the best it was the sweetness that followed the barbecue almost like sweet baby rays honey. And now I've found I have to replace it with honey mustard over the past year and it just angers me that a few comments made them completely change the seasoning/prep because the chips have also seemed to get thinner. I mean in comparison to the honey mustard the chips are a lot thicker on the honey mustard like they used to on the barbecue and you could ever measure this and I'm sure it'll add up in micrometers I mean I eat an entire chip and feel like it's so aerated and it may be a distributor issue with the CT factories near me but I can't live in a world where my favorite chip isn't available cause it was replaced by something worse. Please hear me out and I hope someone higher up can hear this and hopefully fix this cause why would it have ever changed in the first place. Thank you a lot for reading and sorry.

too expensive not easy to return don't buy

Mccc November 19, 2021

This is too expensive and not walmart! So if you have an issue it's not easy to send it back and costs the shipping price which is not cheap! I thought this was walmart and one chip. I didn't mean to buy a case. Who buys a whole case. It came in an opeaned box with 2 missing and it was wrapped in a bigger box. I contacted them to send it back and have to pay shipping. I hate the Walmart app this is crazy. I can go buy twice as many from the store for this price!

Practically unseasoned...

HellsGames August 14, 2025

I used to have these all the time when I was much younger and it was a great memory at my grandmothers house. I think this is the 4th time I've tried to try specifically bbq flavor for that and every single time there has been little to no seasoning on almost any of the chips. It tastes akin to just raw unseasoned unsalted chips with no color. There could probably be a valid court case for false advertising since no level of light could make these seem anything related to the image on the can as they used to. I've never been so consistently disappointed in a change of any junk food that I simply just wanted once in a while for a moment of joy, only to have it denied by complete lack of care for the quality.

flavorless

aacoolj01 September 1, 2024

i've been a huge pringles fan for going on 35 years mainly of the bbq and sour cream and onion chips but they have almost no flavor on them it's like i'm eating the plain original ones and i hate that cause like i said been eating along time and a number one fan just been disappointed lately even tho the bottle says bursting with flavor that's not correct i won't give up i love my pringles but it's become an easter egg hunt on finding a bottle with the seasoning for flavor

disappointed

ab April 12, 2025

We've all had Pringles. I've been buying them recently as a work snack.  So. Disappointing. This is my third party size can over the past two weeks that's been like this. No flavor. It's like the gentlest tickling on the side of the can, so each chip tastes the slightest bit sweet, but doesn't actually coat the chip in flavor. Leaving you with a chip that's barely sweet, and not at all salty. Pringles are the One Chip I expect to have genuine quality, hailing from packaging that touts no nonsense. I've never genuinely begged a company to fix a product, but I will here. Obviously the spices are more expensive now. But that's,,, no reason,,, to have the barbecue chips,,, not taste like bbq.

BBQ Flavourlessing

LuLu January 16, 2025

I wish the company wasn't so uptight on the bbq seasoning, it's like eating flavourless cardboard! A quarter of the crisp is lightly dusted with barely any flavour! it's like the machine can't calculate how much flavour to distribute and I think the company earns enough money to make it more worth to buy (packed with FLAVOUR). Oh and there is not nearly enough salt on the original flavoured pringles. Trust me, you are not making your product right because I'm not happy and complaining to you 😅 I've wasted toooo much money on finding FLAVOUR. NO FLAVOUR 😫 I give up.
