I've been using saffron as an appetite suppressant for a couple years. This is a great product for a good price!

I am half way through my second bottle. I noticed within the first week I took it, my appetite was reduced . I take it an hour before dinner and have noticed that my cravings for sweets and dessert after dinner are GONE. I used to had to have a big calorie after dinner dessert.. no more. I also notice that I am not really hungry for dinner and often make a very small meal which is satisfying. Even my late morning cravings for goodies has really reduced. I have lost 8lbs since I started taking this earlier this year... I am 86 and it has been impossible to lose weight, since my metabolism is low with age, while my craving for sweets has increased. I have also noticed a real reduction in anxiety.... Would not do without it now. This brand was FAR less expensive and has the BIG THREE....The right ingredient and strength without fillers and junk additives..... It is made in the USA.... It undergoes third party testing.

Definitely curbs appetite I’ve been out about a week and I’m still not overeating this was my first time trying these and I will continue I have my order on the way I definitely recommend my first bottle was brown with purple label this is a different brand so I’m hoping for same results with consistency
