Cools room by 3 degrees in less than 5 minutes. If I fill with cold water and ice packes, and keep door closed kept room at 73° for the entire night! Home thermostats is set on 76! One of the best purchases I have ever made! Definitely recommend this cooling fan and it is portable, just move to other rooms as needed. (FYI: bedroom is 12 X 16, so little less than 360 sq.ft.)

nice cool air! so easy to set up took 5 min easy to move around not too heavy

very quiet and good flow of air, with and without the cool setting on.

to be honest I never took out of the box I changed mind because I got my unit for whole house fixed. but I've heard they are good

Does not work as an AC unit at all. Have it in a smaller room and it doesn't cool the room down at all despite adding ice and ice packs and cold water

Did not cool very well when first hooked up and on the 3rd day it started to leak. Condensation built up on the outside and possibly this is where the water was coming from . I believe it was defective from the very first. Instructions were not very clear on how to hook it up . When I went back to Walmart to return it , was told it would have to be mailed back. I had thrown away the box . I had just moved and was discarding cardboard and threw the box away as I planned to keep it. Walmart online told me they would send me a return label but did not have a box. On top of this I am 78 yrs old and do not have a car , I will have to find someone to take me to find a box , at least 4 ft tall and 12 inches wide!!! I feel like for all the trouble , this is not worth it. It is not my fault it is defective and I am having to do all the work to get it returned by Sept 8 th.

The web site clearly says air conditioner. The item is a fan. it's called am air cooler. Not the same.

Have been unable to use. Directions are poorly written. Makes no mention of how to use ice packs. Appears water goes in container in which electrical wires are exposed. Am afraid to try to use it.

It's completely trash I asked for a refund and they refused me the refund can't feel no air coming outta it and putting the ice packs in it doesn't even work it stays the same temperature

Does not work as an air conditioner.
