I ordered two sets of this item and both sets one of the ear buds do not work. I even switched sides to make sure it wasn't my hearing. I will be returning them.

Total garbage
Regardless of tips used, they don't fit in your ears. they are not comfortable over the ear and impossible to use with protective eyewear. electronics failed after 4th use shooting sporting clays. bought the 2yr. protection, which if it won't allow me to return them, I'll just throw them away.
