I received the product on November 3 and I wanted to wait for a while to see how it did affect me, if at all. I have noticed a decrease in my appetite and an increase of my energy. I am 71 years old and six years ago I had, my thyroid removed, and if anybody's ever had their thyroid removed, they understand the weight gain and the fatigue that comes from it. I was pleased to see that I am losing weight, but most importantly, I'm having more energy now. So I would recommend this to anybody that would like to try it.

These gummies are a waste of money. Even though I did receive them on time, they were all stuck together in the bottle. Did they help curbe my appetite? Yes and no. They did nothing for me, I'm better off going back with weight watchers.
