Tight
Heavy duty well done. Forgot to leave bolts loose until final assembly/tightening took a little strength to get the last few bolts aligned, good though. Now to get to work on my bike !

bought this for my husband. He can use in house or garage.is exactly what he needs. High enough to sit on. Step stool and comes on rollers. He is large man and it is sturdy. Just what he needed around the house. He loves it.
