great buy
good quality, nice tight hold on phone, not worried about it falling out. pole extends really far for great roof shots.

Nice product and shipment
Product quality is good , lightweight but sturdy. I like the mounting platform and the smartphone holder. Easy to understand even w/o user instruction. The was delivered very much earlier than promised that i woul be able to use for the new year.

Incorrect item shipped. Twice
Received incorrect item twice. Photo shown is what was ordered. Was not what was received. Received a Camera Pole twice. I needed a pole for Smart Phones which are not the same. Photos of what I received stated the items were for cameras and camcorders. This was after communicating with shipper and they still got it wrong. Both incorrect items returned to local store. Ordered correct item from another vendor and received what was needed. Very disappointing.
