Pro-Series Scaffolding Guard Rail System
Easy to put together, very well made, safety comes first and I feel safer using the Pro-Series Scaffolding Guard Rail System. I am able to do work that I could never reach with a ladder, the scaffolding allows me to be at eye level with what I am working with since my neck is fused so I can't look up.

Pen in for safety
I like the guard rail system because it gives me added security while I am trying to put up my holiday decorations up, or trimming the trees, painting the house. the only draw back is the assembly of the rail its heavy, but it is well worth the trouble especially for the added safety. I recommend this product.

Must have, Important safety feature for scaffoldin
Must have safety feature for scaffolding if working high above the ground. Very heavy duty, fit perfectly with existing scaffolding platform purchased from Sam's Club.

happy with purchase
the guard rail went together easy and everything fit well the top rails seem to move alot but can be cured by tightening until you squeeze the outer pipe to flatten slightly overall a very good rail system

Unsafe Guard Rail
Very poorly made. Very unsafe!!! The long railings come in 3 sections. It is very wobbly. I am very unhappy that they would sell something that unsafe that is suppose to be for safety. I believe that this needs to be reported.

Fed up with Buffalo Tools
The safety rail itself is adequate for my needs. It came in 4 pieces that are cheaply bolted together, I assume to save money on shipping. The holes on one of the safety rails didn't line up as they should for assembly so I called the manufacturer Buffalo Tools for a replacement part as the directions in the box specified. The first person i spoke to was helpful and friendly and said she would get a part shipped right out. Not long after she called back stating that she was told that I assembled the safety rail wrong. After half a dozen emails back and forth of them refusing to believe that there could be anything wrong with their rail (even after multiple pics were sent) I finally got fed up and am now returning it. It is not rocket science to assemble and I do not like being treated as if I were some kind of fool that could not do a very simple assembly.
