I have been taking glutamine ever since I started lifting. Great for recovery and muscle growth. Also good for the overall immune system. I have tried many brands some are chunky, chalking, bitter, etc. This is a fine powder dissolves easily and is tasteless. In fact, when I am in a hurry I don't even mix with water, I just scoop and let is dissolve in my mouth. Great stuff.

I love pushing my body hard in the gym and lifting heavy weight, but I've noticed over time that my knees have taken a beating from it. I like taking this product first thing in the morning mixed with water, everyday even if I do not work out. Glutamine helps my muscles recover and I feel less sore after my workouts. I recommend it!
