Perfect for when I forget to eat. I keep them in my desk, my bag and at home. I've been losing weight with the “super shot” and I often need to eat quickly because I wait too long and get super hungry - these are perfect and my husband likes them too!
Taste is acceptable and I'm going to recommend this product to my family members and false friends...
super crunchy really good
I usually eat these toward the end of a long, hard day, when I know I need 20G protein to recover, and they are especially useful on longer backpacks, when I'm going to be hitting it hard the next day and my muscles need all the help they can get! I will also eat one at home sometimes the day after a big weekend or multi-day trek. As a dairy-free, gluten-free mostly-vegan, I appreciate having these, where others might be able to get the same protein from a dehydrated meat dish (though the vegan backpacker meals are getting better about protein).
Been looking for a high quality protein bar, low sugar and it took me a while to find one that actually taste great!!!! Very satisfied with this bar and I actually been thinking about switching up and trying the brownie bar. Great product for the buck!!!!
First tried these bars in my local climbing gym and now I'm hooked! I eat these almost daily whenever I need some help getting extra protein in or want something sweet n' chocolatey. The texture of these is comparable to any other non-plant based bar - which is saying a lot. Absolutely love and already recommend this to my friends.
This flavor is rather sweet, but always hits the spot! At 20g of protein per bar, I can cut it into 20 tiny pieces and find comfort knowing that 1 tiny cube is a gram of protein to use on those ~l~o~n~g~ ride or run days when other protein just doesn't sound appealing.
The cookie dough ProBars are pretty great. They are crunchy, filling, and taste great and more like a candy bar than protein bar. For full price they are a bit of a hard sell, but definitely pick these up if you love cookie dough or can find them on a discount
I eat every 3.5 hours and my 1100 snack is critical to get me through to lunch. The Probar line is my go to. I must say I cant give the flavor of the cookie dough my highest rating. It's not BAD.... it's just not GREAT. I will lean in to the Mint Chocolate and other flavors in the future. As far as filling me up and giving the body nutrition on the go, it DOES satisfy.
I didn't care for the taste, very chalky and I didn't care for the texture.
