Since my day 1 in pregnancy I suffered from indigestion, bloating and horrible acid reflux and constipation , I searched a lot to find that probiotics help with these gut issues while staying on the safe side for me and my baby. I noticed the results since day 1, smooth bowel movement and complete emptying of my bowels. I felt so good after taking it, the pill is easy to swallow, its size is adequate and tasteless so it doesn't trigger my nausea. I really recommend this supplement and will be sure buying again

This is perfect for the second trimester or when you start taking calcium and iron supplements, which make you constipated.

Seems like a great probiotic but I am only one week into taking them. I am 10 weeks postpartum and wanted to boost my biome since I am nursing. These capsules are small, easy to swallow, and tasteless. I haven't noticed any excess gas or bloating like with some probiotics and they seem really easy in the gut and digestion. Giving them 4 stars because of the cost, it was a little high for a months supply but I will consider reordering after this month.

wanted to try a new brand after finishing lovebug. felt that this is not as good. my bowel movement was regular while on lovebug, but constipation came back shortly after i switched to this.

I didn't feel like I particularly benefitted from using this product. The ingredients seem to be good quality, and I liked that there was additionally folic acid in the product, but I didn't want to use the synthetic form of it. It didn't seem to help my digestion during pregnancy.
