I have been a big fan of probiotics for many years. A little research will tell you how good they are for you. Because of what vegetarian capsules are made of I prefer gelatin capsules or gummy's. Everyone young and old liked the flavor of these, I have never seen this in my research but from my personal experience powdered probiotics are good for open sores. For instance when your kids skin the knees it is open to the air and will burn. Pour powdered probiotics on it and it will stop the burn right away. Had surgery on my arm which left a large hole. Poured it full of probiotics a few times a day. No infection and minimum scar. Research what Antibiotics do to your probiotics. OD on antibiotics? Probiotics could save you life. This is great stuff. Hope I tweaked your interest enough to do research.

Took everyday for a month so far and already notice less bloating and less issues! Tastes great too and is easy to chew…not rubbery like some gummy vitamins

I have IBS and these have really been a lifesaver for my episodes. This is the first time in a long time where I didn't have an episode. They are hard to chew but still delicious and smell good. I will purchase another bottle before they are gone.

After a week of taking these...I already feel better. Better digestion less bloating and upset stomach after eating.

They taste really good which is important to me because I don't chew, I let them dissolve in my mouth, like a lozenge.

I am not a huge fan of gummies but these are very tasty and love that there is barely any sugar in it. It is reasonably priced and I will continue to use it to help my IBS.

flavors not bad. just one a day instead of 2 a day with other brands. overall a good soufce of Pre and Pro biotics. ✌️
