There's really no way to describe how this soap feels while using it, but is literally slides off your hands leaving a clean, fresh feeling. It's an experience all it's own. Love that refills are available!

The soap smells amazing. It smells luxuriously lavender. It lathers well and cleans well. Unfortunately, about 1/5 of the product leaked into the Amazon bag it came in. The soap came in a glass bottle and a plastic pump. It looks like the bottle and the pump don't have a super tight fit and the pump cap came loose during transit. You can actually see it in the product picture that the cap is a little short. That said, I was able to rinse out the leaked soap from the bottle and it's working and looking just fine. The bottle is the size of a regular hand soap bottle. Despite the luxurious scent and the glass bottle, I think it's bit pricey especially it has lost about 1/5 of the product in transit. It has a zip code in Colorado on the label but it didn't say anything where it's actually made

This is a nice soap that comes in a sturdy, reusable glass pump. The soap has a relaxing lavender scent that isn't too strong. I feel like it gets my hands very clean without causing dryness or irritation. It's a bit pricey for a single soap, but that is somewhat justified by the fancy pump
