These seem to be working for us and they are a lot less money than others we were using. I like that the capsule is a bit smaller than some which makes swallowing easier for me.
This is a very good product. Pro and pre biotics are very necessary for maintaining a healthy gut. This product provides both in an easy to take form.

Has 10 goods strains I alternate with another so I get a nice balance, Definitely helps my gut health and digestion, Also try to include prebiotic foods and yogurts/probiotoc low sugar/carb drinks
I cannot tell a difference in my digestive tract. My belly is still huge and bloated. I was hoping it would have made a marked difference. But it hasn't. Would be open to suggestions if another product would work better.
