they shipped quickly and was very prompt with response.. the only problem i had was UPS didnt bring it back to my place and lost my package but thank god theres company is issueinh a replacement.. very kind company..

little problem with shipping but not real bad. I think it was a ups screw up and ups blamed seller then it showed up 2 days later. Igniter button didnt work but they are sending me a new one and the girl helped me find a regulator for my other unit.

Great'love it Only thing I didn't like. Was the papers said. STOP. only a pro should install. I'm not dead. My place didn't burn down. PS it was fun on a 20lbs bottle. Work's good. But how would I know. Just wish they would have put a plate on that you can take off a put a fan.

This heater is so much better than expected. Works perfectly. It comes on automatically when the room gets cooler and goes off when the room is warm. It is a true white color.

After the different reviews of it blowing up and in other negative reviews, I went out on a limb and bought the heater. It takes a little longer to warm up than the red flames it warm, and make sure it keeps it warm. I think I will purchase another one before next winter.

Worst buying experience of my life, Inordered this and got different product on Feb 24, I sent it back and third party vendor received it on March 11, they informed me They did not have the original product I ordered, After several phone calls to Walmart customer service it's March 30 and I still have no refund! Walmart and this company have been impossible to deal with, they to date have stolen my money!

Does not heat as expected and guzzles propane.
