This appliance gets very HOT. I I touched it while trying to get it open It immediately scourched a white mark on my finger. Recommend trying to open it before plugged in the first time Directions werent clear where it opened then I had to use a butter knofe to separate the two pieces

First off, as soon as I saw this, I knew it was thee perfect gift for my boyfriend since he makes these everyday with multiple gadgets! It was out of stock online and in store, I was sad, but the next morning it was in stock, this was Dec.22. I printed off a page and coloured it, since the arrival date was after Christmas. So I wrapped the picture in a box. But what happened next blew my mind. There was a knock at the door at 9amon Dec 24, and it was this!!! Talk about a gift that was meant to be. I was so shocked and happy it arrived in time! But the best part was that he loved it and he has used it every day since Christmas morning! I highly recommend this product!!!

Just purchased this item today and used it today. After first use i am very glad i got this. I made 2 egg and cheese with ham on English muffins and they turned out perfect. Took 6 minutes using large eggs and the eggs only come outside the muffin by about a third of an inch. Sandwiches looked great and tasted even better. Very easy clean up with the non stick coating. In attached photos, sandwich on the left was made with 2 thirds of a large egg, the one on the right was made using a whole large egg.

This is the best invention ever. The only thing that I do not like...........is the egg is bigger than the English muffin. That turns me off. I cut the edges with scissors because it doesn't look right. All in all the taste is fantastic, delicious and it stays hot for a very long time. It takes only 5 minutes to cook two of them at the same time. This would make a lovely gift. Buy it. You will just love it.

I bought this after seeing my father-in-law use his! I got the double sandwich maker because of my family of 5! It's quick, easy to use - EASY TO CLEAN!!! and the time it takes to fire off 6 sandwiches -- amazing! It's a quick way to have breakfast, lunch or dinner!!! I cant say enough awesome things about this machine!

Amazing got this as a Christmas gift and my husband and I absolutely love it easy to use easy to clean now we save on Timmys breakfast in the morning because this is so fast and easy to use and delicious too! love it!

This works really well and is great for convenience sake but I can definitely make these faster on a stove top and toaster. The egg is much bigger than the size of english muffins making it a bit awkward to hold. Overall though, this is great for my 13 year old son to make his own sandwich in the morning (he used to make scrambled egg/omelet style in the microwave before). We are a family of 6 so if I am cooking for everyone, I would not get this out but if it's just for one person, it will do the trick. There is a beeper that allows you to know when the time is up but that timer does not turn the unit off. You need to be on hand to take the sandwich out of the machine which is really quite simple to do. It takes between 4-5 minutes per sandwich (not including initial pre-heating time) and if you need to make more than just one batch then you must wait 2 minutes to ensure that the machine has had a chance to preheat to the right temperature again.

The “ready” indicator lights are not synchronized to the cooking time. Worked fine the first three waffles, then the lights went off time after that. I'll be trying it again before final decision.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. I might not use it as often as I thought because the plates for the eggs are much larger than the english muffin so the eggs are more flattened than thick and protrude from the English muffin.

In the time it took to preheat I could have pulled a pan out, made my sandwich and done the dishes. So much for only taking 5 minutes! Takes 20+ minutes to preheat before you can even make your sandwich. Bought this because I have very little time in the morning...30 minutes to make breakfast is not going to fit in to our schedule!
