Looks and works great
Due to our cabinet/counter configuration. We need the front water filling option. The Bold Brew function is also a must-have. This is a replacement for the same model we had for many years, which we were very satisfied. The new one is a much more attractive design.

Our new Coffee Maker
We especially like the front fill option. We use the BOLD setting , which makes it take longer to brew. but the coffee turns out the way we like it. We hope it lasts a long time like our previous Proctor Silex.

Nice Coffee Maker
This is a nice coffee maker. I like the front fill for the water, and the controls are simple and easy. It makes good coffee, pretty quickly.

Nice Coffeemaker
It's a nice coffeemaker. It looks nice on the counter and makes good coffee. The brew later feature is easy to set. It shuts off in two hours if I forget to turn it off. The cord is just the right length for counter top use. It's easy to clean. I like the paper basket filters. Good purchase for us.

Good Product, Poor Delivery Service
The product was exactly what I wanted. The problem with the order was the shipping. This item was sold and shipped by Walmart. It was purchased on Friday (8/29) and scheduled for deliver on Thursday (9/4). It was finally delivered on Sunday (9/7). This level of delivery service will not keep Walmart in the same category as Amazon.

Not what I anticipated
The coffee maker takes 15minutes to brew a pot of coffee 🙄 Putting the carfe back in place can be difficult at times a better designed lid probably would help I do like the front fill features

YUCK!
Buy this Proctor Silex coffee maker if you like lukewarm, brown colored water no matter how much coffee you put in it. Even on the bold setting. You can find this one at my local Salvation Army store because that's where I am sending it. I bought a new coffee maker different brand.
