Never received my order, was scheduled for July 29th. When I tracked my shipment all it would say is delayed. When I contacted the supplier DHS MED they emailed back and said contact USPS. When I called USPS they had a prerecorded message saying because of the pandemic deliveries were delayed, they also said the representatives do not have further information. I couldn't cancel because it had been shipped. I finally had to purchase elsewhere even though they had already taken my money. I finally was told the order was lost in shipment. 3 days later I received my shipment, but still fighting to get authorization to return for refund.
