I switched to the clear version because the other Proferrin ES version has dye and binders that I'd rather not be exposed to. I'll probably switch to Three Arrows brand ferritin polypeptide, because it is less expensive and has 20 mg ferritin per cap.

The best over the counter supplement out there
excellent choice for iron supplementation.It actually is absorbed!My iron and ferritin levels rose significantly.It didnt make me sick to my stomach! I have been on it over a year and dont have to get iv iron anymore!

It didn't work for my daughters low ferritin. However, she didn't take vit c with it so that might have worked better
