too small and therefore tight.
The straps are a bit short as the velcro is barely touching on the ends. It feels like it is made for children not big head adults.

TOO SMALL FOR LARGE HEADS
The strap works. However I have a large head and it does not fit well - despite the fact that there's a Velcro fasten on top of your head and behind your head. Neither are long enough and the straps that go behind my ears leave my ears a little sore in the morning. This is a great strap if you have a normal size head. But if your hat size is XL, this might not be the strap for you. (I'm looking for another that fits better.)
