Not relaxer, maybe lotion
I have used ORS relaxer for years. This is the 2nd time I have purchased an ORS relaxer and the consistency was not that of the actual relaxer. The 1st time I purchased it from Amazon and returned it because it looked like lotion. This time I ordered with it my online Walmart order and it said the relaxer was sold and shipped by ORS, so I thought it would be all good. Well it wasn't. A few minutes into applying the relaxer, I noticed the white creamy texture turned into an off white, tan color. The relaxer straightened my hair barely. I used the ORS relaxer in the box the last time I relaxed my hair and it work how a relaxer should work. Well, I guess if Sally's Beauty Supply and isn't selling it anymore, I need to stop trying to purchase it elsewhere. This creamy crack is whack.

This is a professional use only. Read the warning labels and said it could take your hair out. Not even going to attempt to use this product. Throwing out.
