This is a really bad online purchase experience, the dryer has 3 speeds, the first one no response, the second one same as the third speed which means the third speed no response too, and the cold wind is hot, not saying when I open the box it has a a little damage pit on the handle of the dryer, the package is not damaged at all. The worst is when I applied return to Walmart store, they don't return it, they say the computer doesn't allow them to do that, I have to come home and call the customer service to get a return label and find a FedEx office online and drive to there to return. Now, even when I retell all what I experienced I can still feel that complication, and I it is about 10 days, I can't track the return myself, it doesn't show up, I need to talk to the customer service again to see the tracking, and I am still waiting for my refund. If you ask me I would say no, no purchase from Walmart online again, it is hard to distinguish the third party seller and Walmart seller and return is really difficult.
