It is very sturdy. My husband needed it for the stairs after his knee surgery. I showed it to the physical therapist she was quiet happy with it because he couldn't reach both rails.
Live in two story home with 16 stair steps and a tiny landing in the middle. I must use a walker on the first floor and outside. This unit has improved my mobility greatly. Thank you! (I Live alone!)

I had surgery on my right heel no weight bearing for a whole month I was having trouble getting up and down 4 steps into my house now with the knee crutch its so much easier I highly recommend this excellent product
This is a great tool to use both going up and down different heights adjustable steps heights. The only complaint I have about this disability tool , is having to adjust it each and every time , if you need to also use it once you get off the stair steps, you must adjust it again to use it on level walking ground. If you only will use this to assist you to climb stair steps, great. Justbe aware in order to use as regular walking cane, you will have to adjust it every time, back and forth. Worth buying if you've broken foot or ankle, really helps assist stairs.
This has made a huge difference for my husband's ability to get up and down our stairs! He wishes there was an “easy button” to press to make it level for when he's off the stairs. He feels like this gives him stability with every step. The only reason for 4 stars was the lack of said “easy button”!
I just recently got a prosthetic below the knee leg, and it works great. I would recommend this for anyone with a severe handicap.
it is a great mobility tool but you need to have good arms and shoulder strength... which I do not
I like that it helps me stay balanced and gives me support. The grip is manageable and adjustable.
