cheap junk for twice the price
Terrible seller, no response to Email Ordered two pairs of scratchers Walmart charged for two pair. received one pair. so here I am with one ordered of cheap garbage scratchers, no response from seller, No help from Walmart. No refund or full filment of order. DoNot waste your money.

Buy it elsewhere
It must have been shipped from Timbuktu because it took a month to arrive. No tracking was ever available. If items are coming from, say China you should make that known to the buyer. I tried to cancel %26 Walmart wouldn't allow it. The items are poorly made %26 look like they will easily break. It should have zero stars due to faulty manufacturing %26 due to yet another example of Walmart's poor customer service.

Unhappy customer
The only reason that I gave one star is because it wouldn't let me move forward with my review. I'm very disappointed and Walmart. I never receive my bat scratchers never ever ever never a refund. Nobody ever reached out. Nothing bad bad Customer Service.

your service is very wrong I'm tired of you guys always having trouble with my orders I want to know who I talk to I am very mad because you guys keep taking my money from my bank but yet you don't see what the order so who do I talk to

Very disappointed in Walmart!!!
I NEVER received my order!!! I placed an order with three items. Only one was delivered. One was sent after I let you know it didn't come. This third item, the back scratchers did not come!!!

Rip off Foreign Co. said delivered, I never got it
For over 3 weeks it was not delivered, this "Foreign Company" did not ship it to me at all, and then the tracking said it was delivered. Which it WAS NOT DELIVERED. So, I will not ever buy from them again. At lease Walmart gave me a $15. credit.
