Profile 13500 BTU 700 sq ft Window Air Conditioner, White

This unit gets dinged in reviews for not being absolutely silent. It's a compressor and a fan: it's going to make some kind of noise. The fan noise is louder than the inverter compressor, but the slight noise is more than made up for with the ultra high efficiency and powerful cooling for a large room. Install was a breeze but the instructions could be more clear about where specifically to install weather stripping.

The Unit was easy to install. The cooling was very efficient. Did not take long for the room to go down in temperature. The unit is quiet ,easy to fall asleep.

It was very hard to find an AC that would fit the wall opening with a high output. GE came through and the profile line met my requirements perfectly!

This unit is great. Cools entire upstairs. It was easy to install, and I love the fact that I can turn it on with my phone before I even get home. The quiet setting is so quiet you don't even know it's on other than the room is cool.

Excellent all around. Easy installation and cools great! Really energy saver compared to older models. Silent 🤫

Overall energy consumption is not bad. It cools my room really well.

I'm very pleased with this product in terms of ease of installation, noise level (it's very quiet) and overall cooling. However, since it has been running almost nonstop through a heat snap in Michigan, the unit has shut off unexpectedly a few times which disappointed me with it being brand new. after a short break, it did turn back on. Hoping it hangs in there!

Its iOS app is a bit buggy when scheduling Silent mode (inverter), and with the fan running it's not the quietest AC on earth. But Silent mode is good, the performance overall is terrific, and so was the price.

We've had a horrible experience with this unit. After plugging it in the air was great but only lasted 10 minutes. We tried resetting it, changing the modes, and unplugging it but nothing worked. The air stops coming out but the air conditioner doesn't turn off and if it's left like that it starts flashing F then 25. The air is great when it works but 10 minutes isn't going to work in this summer heat.

I installed this AC last year for my neighbor who is very old. It worked great. Today, when he plugged it in, it just beeps and all the lights flash on and off. Tried unplugging it, tried resetting the breaker, tried pressing different buttons. Nothing works. He paid cash and doesn't have the receipt and its over a year anyway. Not right.
