I use Epsom salt foot gel on my achy foot and my achy shoulder. I experience relief for both. I Love the Aloe vera and cool mint helps me rest better. It works for me!! The cooling effect from the fridge is perfect!!
OMG. I have been suffering with muscle cramps (charley horse) for I dontvknow how many years. I bought this amazing products and apply a small amount on these sore muscles and instant relief. Thank you for this.
I was on the road and forgot my prescription pain relief cream, so stopped at the store and found this. I work on my feet for conventions and tradeshows all day on hard concrete, my plantars fasciitis is usually so bad I can't walk the next day from pain. After an 18 hour day I tried this product on my feet, arms, shoulders and lower back. Woke up the next without any pain, no stiffness or sore muscles. It worked better than expected!
It did the job as noted it would do. You only have to use a small amount and you massage it on your feet and it is very soothing. Also the smell of the product is very nice.
I love this gel BUT would like to buy it in the store and not wait so long for it to be mailed to me!
I don 't use this gel for its intended use, the feet because that is not where my pain is. I get leg cramps and pain in other parts of my body, especially hip joints. I rub this gel in and the pain goes away very quickly. It truly is a wonder gel.
Cooling, soothing and quick drying. I apply instead of a lotion and this relieves achy feet and softens my skin without being slippery or sticky. I LOVE this product.
My Mom bought one for both of us. I used it the same day and it brought me no comfort to my feet. The next few days my mom asked if the foot gel worked for me and I replied no and her response was me too. We even put in fridge to "enhance" the cooling effect.
I am not a fan and wasted money! There's no cooking effect, super water. I regret spending money on this. I've made cooking for cream that works a lot better!
I ordered this product after reading reviews but I guess it has a different effect for different people. I didn't feel any relief. Tried it at room temp and after refrigeration. It was disappointing.
