I just received these today but I'm already loving how they make my feet feel. I have horrible pain across the top of my foot and this seems to be helping. So far, so good.
I have been considering serious surgery on my bunions, but after finding this product I know my feet are headed down the right road of natural healing and reallignmrnt. Fast and Perfect delivery. I'm very happy.
Stay on. Make feet feel great. Just start out slow and increase the time you have them on.
I use these each evening before bed and my foot and leg pain has pretty much disappeared! I give them away as gifts!
I will agree with the other reviewer in that Flex-tastic will be uncomfortable during the first few uses. Especially if your toes have become mis-aligned over time. It is true that the little toe is very hard to get into position in the ring provided, for the first 3-4 uses. However, the instructions do say to leave your little toes out for the first several uses if it is too uncomfortable. I tried leaving my little toes out, then gradually put them in place for small amounts of time. Now I can comfortably put all of my toes into the rings and wear Flex-tastic for 10 minutes, or more, at a time. I believe initial discomfort will occur when any mis-aligned part of your body is put back into proper placement. The key is to use the product for just a few minutes at a time, each day, until your toes adjust. The Flex-tastic insert also lists several very helpful exercises that help the flexibility of the toes. I have found with continued use, the discomfort of placing my toes in the rings has disappeared. I am also finding that my feet hurt less each day. I initially tried Flex-tastic due to a developing bunion. I am hoping that the stretching of muscles in my feet and toes will prevent the further development of the bunion. I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now, and have definitely noticed improvement. Give it a try. Just proceed slowly, for small amounts of time until your toes adjust and the discomfort goes away.
Virtually everyday I would get foot cramps. My doctor even checked my blood work to make sure there was no medical reason for my cramps and none was found so I lived with it. Orthopedic Shoes and inserts didn't help either. Other than being very uncomfortable for brief periods in the evening and a little inconvenience I managed. I saw these at Walmart store and figured why not give them a try. WOW! My cramps disappeared after a couple of uses and my feet felt good too. I started out slow. Only a few minutes each day until I got to 10 minutes. Now I can go week or so without using them and have very happy feet.
For my bunionette - I ordered this to help get the bones in my foot to align where they are supposed to. That will take maybe 3-6 months and I do believe this item will help. It is sturdier than I thought, still a gel and plyable, but doesn't feel like it will fall apart several months from now. Instructions say to wear it for 5-10 minutes but I have no problem wearing it for several hours in the evening. I try to wear them when I wont be doing much walking around the house as it is awkward.
This is exactly what I need but way too big. Made for a mans foot. My little lady foot can barely make this work. I am making this work but it's not ideal. Please make a smaller version!!! Love the idea. Exactly what I need.
Love Flex Tastic's. Glad to have found them on Walmart's website. Suprisingly, difficult to find as of current. I do believe they used to come packaged in sizes (S/M/L). These are sized Universally - great product.
I have bunions and crossing over toes and the pain became extreme, so out of desperation I bought this. It worked overnight, but I think the product is too large for my small feet/toes. It helps to run water over them first to slip them on your toes! I tried contacting the company on their site as indicated in their directions and it keeps indicating to try again later, so they make it so that you can't ask them any questions about the product.
