For me....I've finally found the perfect insert.
I do have pretty high arches, and bad broken foot bones from a work injury. So this helps support my arch and give just a little cushion. I have purchased many now. Reallly helps keep me walking. Super happy with them.

This product is not effective as other pro foot products. It appears to have no impact when worn.

Horrible
I wear a size 7 shoe. I ordered this for sizes 6-10. They are extremely uncomfortable. They extend from the heel to the ball of the foot. Since they end at the ball and don't quite reach the toes they hurt when standing on them. I immediately had pain in my knee when I walked. Waste of money
