ProForm 10 lb. Multi-Function Wall Ball with Soft Protective Covering

I have done 3 workouts with it, and it is holding up great. This includes wall balls and floor slams (though it's not a slam ball). I like the texture and the ties on the side. It's easy to grip. I have also used it for mobility and stretching exercises as well. Hopefully "Walmart" stocks more of these, I will purchase this again in different weight increments.

We love this ball! It is fairly soft and has the feel of a soccer ball. Other medicine balls I have used at the gym feel different. We've added this ball to our martial arts training area. My kids abd I use it often to gain strength and endurance. We toss it (carefully) back and forth, hold it while doing squats, sit ups, etc. It's a great all around piece to have.

I really loved this excercise Ball with protective covering. This ball has a good grip because it has leather covering which is perfectly designed to get grip. It weighs 10 lbs but somehow don't feel that heavy which is great for me because my hands are skinny. I use this ball for excercise at home when i stay in place. It is perfect for hands, legs, chest light exercise at home. I do light weight lifting exercises so i am really enjoying this ball and will definitely recommend to friends.

I've never exercised with a medicine ball before, but this ProForm 10 lb. Multi-Function Wall Ball with Soft Protective Covering has been a really addition to my exercise routine. It is well made and good quality. It is soft and easy to wipe clean. I've been having fun finding new ways to use this and exercise different areas of my body. The options are endless which is what's great about it. You wouldn't think 10 pounds isn't too heavy, but after a few reps, I can feel the cardio element kick in. It has a loop on each side, so depending on the exercise you do with it, you can slip your thumbs into them for a strong grip. The lacing detail in front makes it looks more professional. I use this for different exercises both sitting and standing. I definitely work up a sweat using this. It is great for getting an at home workout. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this thing! It's useful for partner squats, slams, sit ups with resistance.. you name it - this wall ball helps! I have a home gym set up & my favorite use of the ball is for core resistance and lunges but those are just my go to's. I'm currently on the lookout for the strap for even more versatility and security. My kids use this too for partner squats and lunges mostly. The 10 pound size is perfect and adds a really beneficial amount of resistance

Both myself, teen son and husband tested this product. I used it as I did lunges, squats, overhead raises, high knee lifts, etc. So many simple movements with the ball to help get the heart rate going. I would leave it sitting in the living room and while watching television I would use it to get keep my body moving even if just twisting side to side with ball in both hands. I'm in the stage of building stamina and improving my cardiovascular health because I stopped working out for awhile. This ball helps with this stage. My testing of the ball was of always having both hands holding it and sometimes the ball wanted to roll because of all the weight being on one side. Both male users stated their only complaint but was what makes them not like the product overall, is all the weight is on one side. They described it as taking a inflated balloon and permanently gluing a marble inside the balloon on 1 side. Now if you took that balloon and tossed it you'd get a very unbalanced landing. That's the way the ball feels while trying to use it. If you sit the ball on the ground it rolls on it's on because of the one sided undistributed weight. If you refer to my photos you'll see how I had to hold the ball with my hand to get a photo of the front. The other photo shows how it rolls onto it's side. The soft outer shell does absorb impact. The ball shows no damage after being thrown against wall or floor, they only used it on a gym mat flooring.The ball has 2 nylon loops, no idea what they're for. The stitching is strong. Nice thick material. The price is comparable to others on the market but still overpriced for only 10 pounds. We received this item for free in exchange for our honest and fair review.

Took decent amount of time to arrive. As soon as I opened the box I noticed a 2-3" tear in the stitching which looked cheaply made to start. I instantly returned the item asking for an exchange for one not damaged. As I write this comment weeks later I have yet to receive my replacement.

Not worth the money. Was on the market looking for a ball and one day I happened to see this one at the Walmart. Didn't even last a workout.. it tore !! cheap cheap cheap .. I regret wasting money on this product. I would suggest looking into a different brand maybe.

I have had two ProForm treadmills over the last ten years and both are still going strong. So I figured this would be a great addition to my collection of exercise equipment. Imagine my surprise when the ball split at the seams after just three slams on a padded floor. I had to look back at the description to make sure I didn't misread it but it definitely says it can be used as a slam ball. That is completely false. This ball is also weighted heavy on one side so it seems like it would be good for Russian Twists or other lifting type exercises but is not good for throwing exercises.

After 3 workouts the ball burst open and sand spilled out. I was so excited to get this ball and start using it. If you are more mild and not hardcore then you might be able to get away with using this ball. I do not recommend this product and wish I could get my money back for it.
