Due to poor delivery handling, the trays parts damaged. I used a packing tap to bring it together.

Parts were broken in the box. It is extremely difficult to get help regardless if you follow the instructions.

I purchased this on January 2nd. I chased after the ProForm product, because I had great experiences with them previously. The first thing I noticed out of the box was the inferior materials. Very thin, glazed, it reminded me of the plastic on a Keurig coffee maker. Anyway, the assembly was not difficult; however, I could not assemble the brake switch because the screws were missing. I contacted Customer Support and they mailed me the necessary screws. Two weeks later, I am trying to complete the assembly. Getting to the final steps the seat brake would not engage. Back to Customer Support and disassembling the seat mount, it was discovered that a rubber gasket was missing. The expressed mailed me the necessary part and they arranged to have a technician come install and inspect the bike. Once the technician finished his work, he was testing the seat and we both heard a loud "CLANG". This was the brake disengaging. Keep in mind, the seat lever was designed to smoothly release the seat, but the Customer Support rep said as long as the seat engages, it is working as designed. I told them that was unacceptable, as no part of the machine should sound like a car door closing. We agreed to disagree, but now I am stuck with a machine that is past the 30 day return window, inferior quality and sounds cheap. I got my first use of the machine on March 9th. $499 (plus tax) is not a lot of money to spend on exercise equipment, but if you care about quality, spend the extra money and stay away from ProForm.

This was not the same bike that was shown on the Walmart website that we ordered. When trying to assemble, the seat would not lock. Had to return product.
