I love my six and one home gym kit
This has been great for me. I work from home most days and like to have something that allows me to stay fit and do a quick workout whenever I need to burn some energy. This has been a great way to get back into working out more often! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I don't have a lot of spare time to justify a gym membership but this kit will give you a full body workout. Throw in the included nutritional guide and your set for convenient and easy work out plan. all items are easy to use and made from high-quality material. nothing is cheap about the items but the value is tremendous for the price paid. No issues up to this point with any of the items. I highly suggest this item to anyone who is looking for a good all in one full body workout kit I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I love this addition to my at home set up. With the craziness of covid and working remote, it's nice to have some simple equipment that helps take your workout to a higher intensity. The instructions to set up the guide were easy to follow and the equipment feels sturdy and I don't worry about it falling apart mid workout. My favorite piece in the set is the pull up bar. I'm not strong enough to do lots of pull ups at once so it's nice that I can do a few everyday and continue to build up those muscles I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
This was ordered online and shipped to my home without any issues. This has been a great way to get a workout in while home or if you're just wanting a quick session. The chin-up bar will need to be assembled out of the box, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The ab wheel also needs to be assembled, but there are no instructions for this. But it was pretty straight forward. I would recommend getting the inside of the rubber grip wet with a tiny bit of soapy water to help slide the grip onto the shaft. If you don't it will be pretty difficult to assemble. The pushup handles are quite nice and easy to use and rotate easily enough. I weigh 220lbs and these move smoothly after almost 2 weeks of steady use. I probably use these and the ab and core straps the most to work to strengthen my core. luckily there is also an included meal plan with recipes that provides a shopping list if you need a nudge in a more healthy direction to help supplement your workout. One word of caution. My doorways were 6" thick (including the trim) and my trim around the tops of my door was 3.5" if you're trim is wider than 3" along the top of the door, this will not work with your doorway. But once I was able to find a door that this would work with, it works great and holds my weight fine, and max user weight is 250lbs. The ProForm 6-in-1 home gym kit is a simple effective workout system. The movements are great for beginners and experts alike, the equipment is easy to put together, I can store the equipment, and it just plain came at the perfect time. Im confident that anyone and everyone can agree with these statements (except the last one maybe). A pullup bar just like the one included in the kit was the first piece of workout equipment I ever purchased. Since then, I have owned weight sets, ellipticals, punching bags, treadmills, exercise balls, benches, and a bunch of other stuff. That little pullup bar is the only piece of equipment I haven't gotten rid of as we have moved and downsized over the years. It fits in a small apartment or a big house and still works. The only thing I don't like about it is not every doorway can keep it up. The rotating push-up handles were another bonus. I use to box, and my wrists are basically useless if do pushups the regular way. Still, I love doing pushups. I can already tell that the rotating push-up handles are another piece of equipment that will likely make it during our next move. The other equipment included in the set is also functional and appreciated. The nutrition guide is a good way to get yourself back on the wagon if you're looking to start eating better. I'm over 30 and cant get rid of homemade bread like I use to. It's good to have a place to start when you realize you can't see my toes... I mean your toes... The toning wheel is better than crunches or planks. I'm a fan of the instructional chart. All in all, pretty great. Now the bad, nothing is perfect, and this workout system is no exception. Calling it 6 in one seemed like a stretch to me. The poster is necessary, but I don't know if it should count as part of the training package. The toning wheel looks a little cheap out of the box. I had a 12-year-old kid offer the buy one of the handles from me to squeeze onto his bike lol. In its defense looks can be deceiving, it has NOT failed to do its job. Like I mentioned earlier, the pullup bar doesn't fit any weird doorframes. Super old houses will give you a hard time and new buildings with cinderblock walls and huge metal doorframes. The final con is more me; I haven't used the ab core straps. Maybe I just don't like new things. So back to my original line of thought. I would totally purchase this set. The price is ok, the stuff meets my needs, and it will probably last forever. I haven't used everything and might not but I'm not super bummed out. I doubt this set alone would prepare me for the CrossFit games or a marathon but I' too busy to do that stuff anyways. This set is perfect for me, a busy regular guy who thinks pushups are the bomb and wants to look good for his wife on their monthly date night. She says she's still attracted to me anyways. The 6-in-1 Home Gym Kit is a great addition to my home workout gear. The kit is very easy to assemble and works great with the space I have in my small apartment. This set allows me to get simple and effective workouts done in the comfort of my own space without the need for larger and bulkier equipment. Paired with a set of dumbells and a simple bench, this 6-in-1 gym kit gives me the option to target specific muscle groups for a full-body workout. My favorite piece of this 6-in-1 Home Gym Kit is the set of Rotating Push-Up Handles - they make pushups and any other exercise that require me to put pressure on my wrists much more comfortable while I build more strength in my wrists. In all, this set is very helpful for anyone getting into health and fitness - the equipment is easy to set up and use, and the nutrition and workout guides are helpful for starting out. The price is fair and the equipment is durable - and like anything in life, the set's value will be found in your personal dedication to using it and giving your body the exercise and nutrition it needs to function well. The equipment is very simple to assemble. The pull up bar is rated for 250lbs and I haven't had any problem with it at 210lbs. The straps aren't as comfortable as the pictures make out to look but they're workable. And everything feels just a little lighter and more flimsy than I would expect it to. However, that hasn't affected performance for me. It is a nice little home gym. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
Solid set for the price. No cheap plastic parts. Pull up bar didn't fit in any of my doorways because they were too thick. Everything else worked great and was good for isolating muscle groups. *I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
For those of us stuck in an apartment and doing at-home workouts, this is a good starter kit or addition to a home gym without a ton of space. It was relatively easy to put together and set up for use. The door mount is super easy to hang up and use immediately. It feels a little bit flimsy, but my 220lb boyfriend has used it as well with no issue. I've enjoyed using the bar in the recommended floor positions in the booklet that comes with it, so it's nice for versatile workout needs. The toning wheel and push-up handles are also really nice for getting that gym feel without having to leave the house. Overall, I'd recommend this product as an addition to any home gym, especially for people sharing equipment with other people in the home that have different workout needs. FYI- I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
