This is a great compact treadmill for the price! The instructions were clear and easy to follow with all the screws and bolts marked with the corresponding step. It took me and my husband about 30 minutes start to finish to assemble this treadmill. The deck has a nice bounce to it to help cushion your step. I really like walking and doing a light jog on this treadmill. The incline is a smooth motion. The best part about this treadmill is that it is iFit compatible. I was unsure if I would enjoy this feature, but I can honestly say that I love it!!! It allows me to have access to runs, hikes, and walks with trainers around the world. The time flies by which I never thought was possible while exercising on a treadmill. I love the space saving design and how easy it is to fold up out of the way. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
This is a great treadmill for the price. The Proform Cadence LT 2.5 is a compact treadmill that is perfect for small spaces as it quickly and easily folds up when not in use which is a great space-saving feature. It was easy to assemble and it took me and my son less than an hour to have it up and running. Despite it being a compact treadmill, the console has two spaces for storage that can hold water bottles, phones, keys, etc. The console also has speakers that can connect to a phone or tablet. The treadmill can go up to a speed of 10 mph and an incline of 10 % which is sufficient for most people. The cadence is also IFit capable and comes with a 30 day free trial of IFIt. It doesn't have a screen but easily connects to a phone or tablet. I have really enjoyed using it with Ifit where you follow a program that simulates guided runs or walks in different places around the world and automatically adjusts the speed and inclines to follow the program. The walking belt is narrow but works well and is cushioned which makes it comfortable to walk or run on. The cadence is easy to operate but has enough features to meet all my needs. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this treadmill so far and can highly recommend it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
This treadmill is great!! I have really enjoyed my experience so far. It was easy to set up, especially with two people. I love the size, as it fits well in my apartment and doesn't take up much space. This can be a pro or a con, depending on your style. It did feel skinnier so it feels like you have less space on each side, but it didn't cause me any problems. It is also pretty quiet compared to other treadmills I have exercised on too. I like the flexibility of using the iFit program or just running your own program. The deck to hold your electronics is very handy and stable. I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate that until I had it. Overall, it's a great product and I would highly recommend it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I like when you walk on it you don't have to force it to move, it is basic even though it has speakers that is are not loud, some lighting on the screen would be good to see the numbers and not have to get close, while you run makes this squeaky noise that I am still trying to tolerate and get used to, I am 190 lbs 5"7 tall it even does when my daughter who is 5"3 and 145lbs, it feels like it is going to break. If you are a moderate or daily runner it still works for you. It is a bit on the expensive side.
For the price this is the perfect treadmill for my little apartment. It I did most of the assembling myself, but probably would of been easier with a second person. The display is simple and I can plug in my phone to play music. I don't like the fact I have to sign up to iFit in order to use it. It is free, it records your workouts, and the runs and videos provided are cool. I just rather not feel obligated to download an app on one thing, in order to use another.
When my husband and I first set up the treadmill we were a little surprised at how petite this treadmill was, but feel that it is very sturdy and well built. The belt is only 16" wide and definitely smaller than most treadmills, but it folds up and is great for homes or small spaces. The assembly instructions were very organized and straightforward, so we had no issues setting the treadmill up. The belt has a very nice flex that makes it easy on the joints while walking or running. Overall we are very happy with this treadmill and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good treadmill that takes minimal space. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
This ProForm Treadmill feels and is cheap, sorry I purchased it. I should have bought a bigger, more expensive one, you get what you pay for!!
I was not able to assemble this treadmill. Terribly misaligned bolt holes. Instructions seems stupidly simple with good instructions. Unfortunately I got stuck on step 2. Could not tighten the bolts.
This treadmill is FLIMSY. I checked the weight requirements 3x before purchasing and then again before assembly. We fit well within the guidelines for the treadmill. Once it was assembled, we stepped on and it BOUNCED like a trampoline. I couldn't find information anywhere on whether or not that was considered normal, so we returned it. I wouldn't waste my money of I were you.
I think part of the advantage a lot of treadmill companies have is most people only use their product for a few months until it becomes a coat hanger. Unfortunately, I actually use mine and it has already stopped working in less than 6 months. I ONLY walk on this at a 2 speed and it is already broken. If you are looking for an expensive hanger this is perfect. If you want a treadmill for long term use spend a few extra bucks and buy a better one. Expensive lesson for me....
