It has been a great purchase and no regrets. I love that it folds up easily to allow space in our home office. There have no issues with wear and tear and it gets used daily for almost 2 years. My only regret is not buying a model with a bigger screen and that is a very minor issue. I've loved using it with iFit. I don't think I'd be as motivated without it!
I love my Carbon T10. What I love the most is being able to do iFIT traning sessions where the trainer can control the speed or incline of my machine. It keeps walking interesting and I've seen some of the most beautiful locations right from my own home. The machine itself isn't overly fancy but has all the necessary items you would need on a treadmill. It has been holding up well and I would only give it up to buy a fancier ProForm model if I needed something extra.
Although solid machine, lacks basic features like heart rate monitoring, or listening to music. Ad said audio Jack is they but none and you r can't connect to Bluetooth. Bummer! Limited free exercises . It may be for a few segments but not for ordinary people!
When it works it works but I have had fan issues, monitor issues, work out issues where the training stops. My latest issue is now my treadmill makes a horrible noise for 15 seconds when decreasing the pitch from high to level. I have not submitted a request to have a technician come fix it because I had so many issues with my spin bike. I'll keep you all posted if this system allows me to.
When I 1st got the equipment, it was great. After a couple of years, it has stopped working. I have a white screen and not able to do anything to get it to start. I was not expecting to have technical issues this soon. I called the toll-free number just to go around in circles and have no one email me back about my issue. I hope to get it fixed soon since it is still under warranty.
I haven't used the treadmill yet as still trying to get the belt to stop sticking
recieved this item with wrong model parts causing damage to the head unit when building getting help from walmar, ifit or ProForm was a joke. It took 3 weeks to have the damage treadmill picked up. Another 3 weeks later i recieved a new Treadmil which came with rusted screws and a dry and non lubricated belt. After assembly and using, it was clear the motor to the unit was damage making all types of banging noise. Another 3 weeks and the unit has been picked up but strangely has yet to reach the warhouse. ive yet to obtain my refund. i woudnt recommend making an expensive purchse on walmart as the inventory is clearly not well taken cared of. my initial purchase was made mid September, its now close to Christmas which is unbelievable. this walmart experience has ruined something special 😒.
A couple of years ago I bought a NordicTrack C700 with a 7" Touchscreen and I could "cast" the 7" screen from my treadmill onto my 65" TV and view my workouts on a larger screen. I just bought this ProForm Carbon T10 and discovered that you can no longer do that. You can still do the "Ten Tap" method and bring up a screen that is a "Permission" screen to get into privilege mode BUT you have to have a CODE to do it ... and ... ProForm or iFit will NOT give you the CODE without a HUGE argument for it. My vision isn't good enough to see everything on the 10" screen without my glasses and I don't want to do my workouts with my glasses on. I have tried "resetting" the machine through the tiny pinhole on the side of the console but that didn't work either. So, I guess I'll be returning the machine which is a shame ... all I want to do is "cast" my 10" screen onto my TV so I can actually see it and ProForm and iFit are unwilling to allow that one simple task.
We were so excited for our treadmill, however, we've had it for just under two years, and we've needed to get it repaired four times since we purchased it. Very frustrating, and would not recommend this product. In addition, my mother purchased this same treadmill about six months after we did, and since then, she's had to get it repaired twice. Very disappointing.
Had issues right out of the box and within one year many other issues. You have to fix everything yourself which is a waste of my time and their support haha oh man so slow. Get back to you days if not weeks later. Long wait time on phone support. Wake up guys it's 2022, you have many new companies taking market share from you guys for a reason. Learn something from them before you become extinct.
