Very pleased with this unit. It does everything I need. I use a 8 or better incline with a moderate speed. The console works very good using the manual start/workout(I haven't logged into the Ifit program yet). For the price I highly recommend this”Carbon T 10”.
This treadmill is amazing. The controls are easy to use and it is very comfortable to run on. There is a good variety of options within the manual workouts, as I do not have an iFit subscription (and don't feel like I will ever need one). Assembly took over 2 hours with two people, but it was not difficult and the instructions were clear. Delivery was a mess (the original shipment was lost and a second had to be sent), but the delivery people were very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this treadmil
The ProForm Carbon T10 is a piece of fitness equipment that presents a sharp contrast between its physical build and its digital user experience. While the machine itself is a high-quality treadmill, the mandatory software integration creates a significant barrier to simple, daily use. Build and Quality From a mechanical standpoint, the treadmill is of good quality. It feels sturdy, well-constructed, and provides a smooth running surface. As a piece of exercise hardware, it feels durable enough to handle regular, intense workouts, which is exactly what you would expect from a mid-to-high-range ProForm model. The iFit Obstacle: A Mandatory Wait The primary frustration with this model is the software dependency. The iFit integration is really bad because the machine is designed such that you cannot work on it without it. Rather than being an optional enhancement, the software feels like a gatekeeper. The most disappointing aspect is the startup time. It takes forever to start, often requiring you to wait literally for 10 minutes before the iFit software finally loads. In a modern fitness environment where users want to step on and start running immediately, this delay is unacceptable and fundamentally breaks the workflow of a quick workout. User Experience and Frustration A treadmill should just work without anything else required. Being forced to wait for a heavy software suite to boot up just to access basic manual controls is highly disappointing. This mandatory connection turns a high-quality machine into a source of daily annoyance, especially if you have no interest in the subscription-based features. Final Verdict Overall, while the treadmill itself is a great piece of hardware, the software implementation makes it difficult to recommend. If you value your time and want a machine that is ready when you are, the Carbon T10's 10-minute "boot-up" time is a major dealbreaker.
Required WiFi to operate & very slow to boot
Do not buy, This treadmill has stopped running after a year in a half. It takes entirely too long to start up. The walking board seem to be hesitant at times. The treadmill doesn't work!
this is a horrible purchase, the treadmill was receive in pieces, how they expect a 64 year old woman to put this together? I will probably never use it this is a 1000.00 +/- money waste, so ridiculous
This is a nice treadmill. It was easily assembled using two people, and it operates easily. I gave it only 4 stars because in order to utilize all the features you have to buy a monthly subscription starting at $30 a month.
It bothers me that you can't just start the machine. You have to go through 5 minutes of startup just to get moving. You have buttons for speed but they're useless until you get the screen booted up!
Very smooth and not loud. I like this feature. I hate that it does not have a way to check your pulse.
The treadmill has a small footprint, not too easy to assemble on your own, quiet and the worst part is the Ifit program, there is no free access or content, must purchase the subscription in order to take advantage of the treadmill
