ProForm SMART Power 10.0 Exercise Bike with 10” HD Touchscreen and 30-Day iFIT Membership for Studio Classes & Global Workouts

I purchased this exercise bike for my hubby as a Christmas gift -- he is in need of the type of muscle stimulation it provides, plus pulmonary and cardiac health. HE LOVES IT!! Started riding right away. Only thing negative is the seat it's a killer. We changed it out with a Schwinn saddle -- works much better for us old folks.

I've had this for a month and so far it has been great! I've had no issues with the digital resistance or the trainer adjusting the resistance for me. Everything has worked as it should so far. The IFit program it runs has works well but did take me a few minutes to figure out the login process and redeeming the trial subscription. There are a ton of workouts (studio and scenic) on iFit and they all have worked flawlessly without the need to buffer during the workout. The trainers are very encouraging and really push you to be better. So far I am loving this bike. Glad I made this purchase.

Couldn't ride the bike until we changed the seat, once the seat was changed the bike has been great every since.

Seat a little hard. nice smooth ride. seems well built. Some ifit workouts are fine, but without elevation change capabilities on this bike- the instructors change your resistance incorrectly and you have to manual override to try to get proper level of difficulty for your ride. Does give you a good cardio workout.

I am 6'4" and the bike fits and feels good. smooth and quiet. Would have been a 5 star if it had not come with a European plug, not much use in Iowa. I had to buy an aftermarket one to get it to work. Wish you could make custom work outs and save them.

With so many less expensive options to consider I spent a lot of time mulling this purchase over before ordering. Upon receipt of the bike I was able to put it together okay until I noticed a the handle unit couldn't fit into the base part of the bike. As it turned out there was a cracked plastic sleeve that prevented this. I reached out to ProForm's customer service chat and the rep orders a new sleeve which came fairly quickly. The original sleeve was almost impossible to get out (they recommended I use a butter knife which proved useless) but after a couple of days of fighting with it it finally broke apart to the point I could push it out. The new sleeve fit with no problem and the handle unit fit. Having finally got to use the bike after that mishap, it's easy to use and I enjoy it, minus the seat. I like the available programs and resistance levels. Overall it's a good product and despite the initial skepticism I had when I first received it with a broken piece, I do not regret purchasing it.

As of right now this is one star only because I can't use the bike. There is no resistance on the bike. Pro form will not send a new motor to fix it until they send new wiring first. This is on back Order. Not sure when I will actually get to use this and I already started my ifit membership so that is being wasted as well.

I have had this for two weeks. The resistance motor does not work. Proform sent me a new one, still does not work. Also I did not get the 1 year I Fit plan just 6 months.

Worked for four days and then stopped letting us change tension. Then the tensioner broke disabling the whole bike.

Haven't used it yet, arrived with a damaged cord, part back ordered, waiting for it
