Treadmill is not top of the line, but it's tougher than you would think, and works very well. Pleased with how it turned out. Assembly was the most difficult part, took several hours, with a couple missteps. The parts machining isn't precise, so you must take care when you put it together.

The machine is made very sturdy and heavy. Easy to move around with the wheels. Conveniently folds to take up less space. However assembly does take some time and needs 2 people.

I've been looking at treadmills lately as the weather gets a bit cooler and it may be tougher to get in my daily walks. I ended up going with this treadmill primarily because of the price point and the Pro Form brand name. Pro Form has a wide variety of treadmills, including some at the higher end of the spectrum. Overall I'm pleased with it. The motor has enough power to power me through light runs and daily walks. The machine is wide enough that I don't feel like I'm falling off it and I don't get any hestitation or drag on the conveyor belt as I'm moving. I haven't fully played with all the options or the iFIT but it inclines without hesitation and it's easy to change speed on the fly. There is a fan as well but I'm not sure how much that really helps. I do note that my treadmill came with a 90-day iFIT membership instead of the 30-day membership advertised -- you're experience may be different. Assembly went quicker than expected and the screw kit is well labeled so you know what screws are used for each step. But there were moments where the screws and bolts did not fit perfectly and I was unable to get one bolt to fit in. But it feels solid now that it's put together. And there were moments where I had to think for a bit to fully understand what had to be done for certain steps. From my experience so far this is a good starter treadmill and should fit the bill for most people. If I end up using it a lot I may find myself wanting a bit more but the value is such that I won't be terribly upset if it ends up being a clothing rack.

The product exhibits manufacturing defects that complicate the installation process. I would advise against self-installation. However, the quality is commendable, and it offers good value for money.

The included hardware does not fit in all of the holes and I have had to go to the hardware store 3 times so far. Customer service sends you to multiple sites and will not assist you until you have registered. Meanwhile when registering it returns an error message. Equipment looks great if it could actually get assembled.

Fan stopped working after 4 months and I was put through hoops trying to get any support. I gave up and just used an external fan .You're better off buying a knockoff brand if there is no benefit of going through a “reputable” company. Walmart's support was more beneficial than anything I got from the company.

Took me three hours to build come to find out the belt was defective. They picked up my treadmill on Thursday of last week and have yet to give me back my money. This item is not even listed that I returned it so they will not give me back my money, and they would not ship a new one to me.

Price was good and delivery was fast but thats where it ended. Treadmill was left in the ditch by the road 500 yards away from my house not fronyt door like what was stated would happen. not only that but once i got the package finally in the house and unboxed it had plastic brackets broke off inside the box. so now the treadmill is useless. walmart when i called only wants to have me bring the item back. how does that help this is why i got it delivered because i have no way of picking it up.

Extremely difficult to ensemble as some screws are missing and some screws don't fit the holes. When I turn it on, it is very loud and the belt runs violently as if it is about to burst.

Highly disappointed. Delivered the treadmill and pallet in front of my driveway for the whole neighborhood to see. They then left the pallet with the package.
