I originally just wanted to replace my aging treadmill with something else with basic controls and then started investigating what iFit could bring to the table. iFit really kicks it up a notch for me by making my workout more enjoyable. As a result, I spend more time on it and look forward to my next workout. Oh yeah... the treadmill is top notch too. The only negative thing I can say is that it does off-gas initially but then settles in after a few days. Utilizing the BILT app to assemble this made it a breeze. If you haven't checked it out yet and are considering this purchase, download the app on your phone and search out the model number to see if it's something you think you can tackle. It took me about two hours total for assembly.

Love this treadmill and the free year of iFit is awesome. There are so many different programs available for every level of fitness. It shipped from the East coast and took about 3 weeks to arrive in California.

Loving this treadmill so far! IFIT is fun and I love how the treadmill adjusts to the program selected. I enjoy seeing other places around the world and hearing facts about them while also getting exercise tips

I really like it and am very happy with the iFit feature. Makes a workout fun and I am not constantly looking at how much time I have left. You definitely need two people to put it together and took about 2 hours as advertised. I gave it 4 stars because I don't think my touch screen is as sensitive as it should be. Sometimes takes a few pushes to get it to recognize the push. But it is very sturdy, I love the fans, and the bins to hold my water and phone. I think it is a great purchase. There are obviously more expensive, robust treadmills out there but I think it is a great machine and I would recommend it.

I'm overall happy with my purchase for the price. It works well and my husband can train for his 50K and I can hike when it's cold or bad weather

The treadmill functions well, especially with a chest heart monitor. It offers great workout challenges using iFit. The only issue is that it squeaks when inclined beyond 6%.

I can not get the incline to calibrate or function at all. The platform does not raise. Other than that it works well. But considering a lot of the programs are based on incline variations not having a platform that raises is a problem.

The instruction manual for assembly was difficult to follow. Whoever wrote those instructions, should listen to customer critiques so they can maybe rewrite them for future reference. I just retired from 35 years of teaching. It was my job to make sure all my students understood my teachings, if not, I didn't quit until I found out what it was that they didn't understand! Also all of the plastic on the treadmill is of cheap quality. The screw holes for the cover part of the treadmill, where the motor is housed, cracked, so the cover cannot be secured! Also it should not be named Proform 12, it gives a false sense of thinking it can go 12 mph.

Inclined not working since day one an not updating. Call customer service they send a replacement part same problem didn't work need to call them back again.
