Excellent customer service from Pro-Form. Everything came packaged perfect, and even arrived a day early! But when my husband and I put it together and turned it on, I noticed the screen had a defective line through it. ProForm sent me a new screen within 7 business days. The process was easy and the customer service provider was wonderful to work with. The actual machine is perfect for me. This is my 3rd elliptical in 5 years. I finally upgraded to this one. I work out 7 days a week for 1.5 hours. This seems to be a lot better quality than my past two. Hopefully it lasts me a lot longer!
Fast shipment, easy assembly, great content, and I'm loving it!
this is the 3rd pro form HIIT machine i have ordered in the last 5 years. i was looking for a machine to work cardio and strength and it seemed like it could offer both. with the ifit training app. it has been amazing. ive lost 15 plus pounds, kept it off, and have gained great muscle definition. my only complaint with this machine is as i stated this is my 3rd machine. i workout 5-6 days a week and work the advanced workouts which i know is quite a few miles weekly. its 40 plus miles a week. i love the ability to run, hike and everything in between. we fixed out first machine when broken, but it broke in the same spot a month later. both machines had the left pedal brake off. i would have upgraded to the 14" screen but i didn't want to spen another thousand dollars on something that may not last more than a year or 2. if your looking for true fitness this machine can give it to you. the ifit trainers have taught me a lot and it makes the workouts fly by. hopefully ifit can bump up the quality of this machine. i have a treadmill, bike, and home gym machine that have all lasted 15 years. buying this machine though Walmart was by far the best deal. i didn't buy the 4 year warranty with was priced reasonably. i hope i didn't need to use it. i love this machine and would 100% recommend. Walmart delivered it quickly. hope they can find a way to build a more solid and reliable machine.
Wish I would have reviewed sooner to save anyone else the headache. Such a joke. I wanted a hybrid elliptical again so bad so I caved and bought this. I would have waiting for another option or fell in love with a regular elliptical. This machine errored out from day 1 saying to plug it back in. The company didn't care at all. It took repeated emails back and forth to even find the button because their replies didn't match the machine. Of course they suggested buying extra care but why would we when they couldn't even answer and fix a simple issue day 1?!? After the issue not resolving they said “please keep the machine unplugged when not in use”? Uhh, WHAT!? Why does it have a sleep mode then!? No one wants to unplug and plug (and wait for the entire startup) each time. Makes no sense. I have never had a workout machine that requires this. Absurd. And, their lack of giving any care at all left such a sour experience. I deal with it because I don't have a choice but it's very frustrating to deal with errors everyday. Would NOT recommend!!!
