Easy to use! No stress on my arthritic knees. And as a bonus, it's fun to use! Doesn't even feel like you're exercising!

Quite a workout for me

LadyKitty August 12, 2017

I LOVE that I can do most of the side leg exercises that my PT recommends - and do them while happily watching StarTrek! I'm 5'9", 67yrs old and close to 200lbs - and I have a sciatic problem with one knee. This Air Walker is stable (its adjustible feet overcame my slanting floor) but I take extra care by holding onto the non-moving handles when getting on and off. When I'm settled, I change to holding the outside moving handles. I'm not in good shape, so this is a good workout for me. I have room to leave this unit up 24/7 and find if I only do 10min here and there, I'm still feeling better. This might .be a good fit for a family with heavy use. When I switch to doing leg lifts, I go back to the stationary handles as a brace. I tried my friend's air walker with the belly pad instead of stationary handles and I didn't feel near as secure. I've only had this two weeks and since I did the assembly, I know which bolts to check for wiggling (as mentioned in some reviews) in a couple of weeks. The assembly was smooth and only problem was keeping the cat out of the neat box.

Love it!

Payt September 5, 2017

First off, I ordered this because I have some difficulty walking. The impact really hurts my back and feet. I'm in pretty good shape except this chronic pain issue and I have used a glider in the past and knew it would help. This one has been great. It is very sturdy. The foot peddles are nice and wide. It's quiet in motion. It arrived beautifully packaged. It was very easy to pull out of the box and place just a few of the pieces that were not attached together. The only negative was the batteries were dead upon arrival. The only other negative is that I wish that folding it up were easier. You have to completely unscrew a part to do so. All in all, it is a really great addition to a healthy life style of adding in daily walking. The ability to do the side movements....awesome! Watch the video if you haven't already done so. It's a nice addition to your work out.

I love it!

Momlife June 25, 2018

I love it! It is sturdy and it does the job! I feel great after working out on it and I love that it can be folded up and easily moved. It was also super easy to put together! If your tired of walking in circles in your house

Its okay for the price, a little annoying

nick April 25, 2019

It's okay but I specifically chose this one because it's foldable and I have a small appartment, but when you open it back up you need to screw something in and it doesn't line up when it's on the ground so you need to hold it above the ground slightly and hold the bottom in place while you screw this thing in, it's annoying and hard to do with one person. It also started squeaking ridiculously loud after about an hour and a half use. I bought wd40 idk if it will work yet. It also starts wobbling when you go at like a jogging speed. It is nice for the price, just a little inconvenient living in my tiny upper appartment with not unfolding easily and being so loud.

Definitely sturdy, yet easily moved to a different room or daily storage. Very easy to assemble. Keeps me moving when time is limited. Good investment.

Smaller then advertised

omahawalker January 21, 2017

I got the machine a week before I thought I was going to get it. My husband put it together in about an hour. We both took a look at it and couldn't believe this was the same machine they showed on the website. It is very small - like for a kid or teenager. Prior reviews were right about it being for a short person. I had looked at the video on-line somewhere else that showed how to use it but this machine looked smaller then what the woman was using. It was difficult to do the side to side motion & it wobbled so had to put weights on the back side to keep it place. After trying it for 10 minutes & trying to do the exercises they showed on the web, knew it wasn't worth the $149 I paid for it and contacted Hay Needle to return it. They were very polite & quick to get a return label for me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they are buying it for their children.

Great for casual use

Powermover2 December 8, 2019

My initial review of this item was to recommend as a cheap piece of starter fitness equipment, but now I am sad to say this doesn't last. Bought this Oct 16th, picked it up several days later it's now Dec 9th. I had a huge eliptical but found it was too big for our new home, so I downsized. This was great, but I am not new to fitness and found that one morning the nut and bolt on the left side came off. I screwed it back on...took me forever btw, then two weeks later a nut and bolt from the other side came off. 30 minutes later I had it up and running again, only to now find there is a crack in the steel on one leg, so it's only a matter of time before that goes, so unfortunately, this is being returned.
