Better quality than I was expecting for the price. Assembly went fairly quickly, using my own tools, not the cheep junk they send with the hardware. The first few times we used the machine the display unit would quit registering activity after just a couple of minutes. After partially disassembling and checking all connections the problem persisted. Upon investigation and removing the pre installed plastic cover I discovered that the reed switch (speed sensor) was positioned improperly. It was tilted towards the outer edge of the flywheel, while the magnet it more centrally located. I removed the 2 small screws and repositioned them in the previously unused holes. It's been a week and everything still seems to be functioning properly. Overall not a bad product for the value as long as you can handle a little detective work to correct factory errors.

Was a lot of pieces but not terrible if you have two people working to put it together. Is quiet but the left step slightly skids the side of the base and makes a noise on every turn. Not sure how to make the pedals even on both sides to fix it since its an internal issue you cant reach unless you take it apart. Overall it works and fits a small space.

the best ellipticals can cost thousands some pros of this one are: Extremely inexpensive," light", simple operation, small, no power source required some cons: overall cheap quality, instructions not the clearest, build time 30 minutes to an hour, monthly maintenance required, optimal user weight is under 220 lb, does not perform well going backwards. the design is a simple cranked gear ratio with a flywheel attached. if it does break, it's very easy to fix. Tips:Optimal user weight less than 220 Dont go backwards or switch directions Get some grease to improve smoothness

The left side pedal crank is not tapped for left side threads. So it's backwards. Having to dismantle and haul it to Wal Mart for a refund. You get what you pay for.

it took my husband a long time to put together because it comes with a lot of small parts but once it's put together it runs smooth like butter and it's so easy to use.

Our unit arrived with the wrong hardware/bolts. Making it impossible to put together correctly! I am preparing to make my third trip to the hardware store. To try and find some bolts that will actually work this time!?? Cross your fingers everyone.

Bolts Dont Fit!!!! i couldn't get the biggest bolts to fit in their holes! this is so frustrating im just trying to better myself and literally the machine cant even come together. i want a refund or sent new bolts.

Box arrived missing pieces tried to contact sell to get missing pieces and was unsuccessful. Ended up returning.

Great item. Fits in my studio apartment very well and very easy to move once assembled. Directions could be a bit less complicated though.

Can't get one screw in because it's not aligned correctly. Buy something for little price and I should have known better
