Progressive Furniture Prepworks Salad Spinner with Handle

Sadly, I broke it on the first use. I purchased this spinner specifically because it had a handle. I wanted to hold it in one hand and turn the knob with the other hand. Unfortunately, I tried to stop the spinning with the handle and heard a large crack sound. Now the spinner makes loud clacking noises while spinning and I have to hold down the lid tightly while spinning or it won't engage - so the handle is no longer beneficial and it's now rather cumbersome to use. It was less sturdy than I expected. I wouldn't purchase it again. If you buy this, don't force it to stop spinning - I suggest you let it stop on its own.
