This is dishwasher safe. It is convenient for keeping rinsed fruit in the refrigerator. This is my second one. Would have like to be able to select the color. There is no handle on this thing, so I am not sure why it shows up in the review.

A must for every kitchen. The manufacturer is excellent as the strainer closes to a potion of its size so it's never in the way. It's an excellent mini.

This mini colander is the perfect size for so many uses. In fact, I reach for it so frequently that this is the second one I have purchased. The removable base is perfect for taking a batch of washed grapes to the table for serving or for popping some rinsed fruit into the refrigerator to chill while it finishes draining. You can even soak fruit in the basket with the base on and then remove it to finish the rinse and drain. It folds up nicely and takes up very little space. My original colander is about 5 years old and still like new after I using it every day. Highly recommend.

I was looking for something small to rinse berries. Fits nicely in the refrigerator. The water catcher for underneath is a great feature. Sturdier than the previous I owned.

These mini colanders are handy and convenient to wash and keep fresh berries in the fridge. Then they are easy to store when not in use.
