Excellent flour container! Fits perfectly in my baking cabinet and easy to pull down from the top shelf. Tight seal for freshness. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get it sooner, after years of just rolling down and clipping the paper flour bag! Fits a 5 lbs. bag of flour with room to spare to use the bonus cup leveler.

I was looking for a large, long-term 5lb container for cotton candy sugar. That sugar does not do well with moisture. This container seals so tightly that I really have to push it down hard to get it to latch. It was exactly what I was looking for. One thing to be aware of is that it can seem like you can't get the container to latch. That's just because the seal is so tight, you have to push down harder to get the latch to the correct position to engage. This is not difficult -- just not necessarily immediately obvious. Closing the lid, just takes using your weight on the lid rather than grip strength.

I needed a safe, bug free place to store my flour. I had to throw away an almost full 5 pounds of flour, due to bugs. This container is perfect to store flour, because it has a special closure to keep the bugs out and the flour fresh %26 clean in. It will accommodate 5 pounds of flour.,It also has a feature to level your flour in the measuring cup, which is a wonderful addition. I highly recommend this storage unit.

The fact that you can scoop and lever RIGHT INSIDE THE CANISTER is simply amazing. No flour all over the place. You might pause at the price, but after a few months of using it you be saying, “This is the best thing since ground up wheat.”

I love these containers, and the only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because this one didnt come with the scoop it was supposed to. It came with the stone for the brown sugar, but no way to attach it to the lid. I'll use this container for something else, though.

I love this for my flour, I make homemade breads weekly and it helps so much to have the leveling measure feature. A little Pricey for the size but I'm glad I didn't return it.

The lid was cracked

I ordered this to match my other Progressive Prokeeper baking containers. What I received was red and the lid doesn't seal as tightly as my other containers so not sure I can even use it to preserve contents as intended moreso as it doesn't match my set I can't store it on open shelf with the others. So very disappointing
