You Can't Beat the Calories!
This is my favorite flavor in the lineup of light soups. It has large chunks of white meat, and fun little dumplings which make it feel more hearty. I prefer to add some additional pepper or whatever I have on hand to give it more kick, but as a base, at such low calorie, you can't go wrong. The price has crept up in recent years, but what hasn't? Overall, great to have on hand for a quick lunch. I've eaten it straight out of the can at work, too, and it's just fine.

Great soup!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light yet filling! Perfect to match up with 1/2 a sandwich for lunch or dinner. There is nothing I really didn't like about any of the Progresso soups! Try it! You will be glad you did :-)

Nothing not to like about Progresso soups.
I can't give any Progresso soups anything but a 5 Star rating. Why? Cuz they're delicious, nutritious, and they're loved by everyone in the family. This one, the Progresso Light Chicken and Dumpling Soup, is one of my favorites...fewer calories but still has that great Progresso taste.

A Good Quick Soup!
A tasty quick meal! It needs more ingredients other than broth though! Mostly liquid! I didn't see many dumpling pieces either or chicken! Not sure I'd purchase it again?!

First of all, the can is 70% water or broth. Next, 25-30% is minced veggies. Where's the chicken 🐔 and dumplings?? i must tip my hat to Campbell's because despite msg in their cans, there's more meat and more dumplings 🥟. This is depressing coming from Progresso. ☹️🙄😢
